 We were thrilled to welcome a BBC World Service podcast producer to one of our recent Happy Little Soles Try & Buy events as part of their exploration into the growing barefoot shoe movement.

The visit was part of a new episode that dives into the idea of how small lifestyle choices, like the shoes we wear, can have a big impact on our health and wellbeing. Of course, barefoot footwear is right at the heart of that conversation.
