Coronavirus Update - Updated July 2020

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has dominated our lives over the last four months, and we hope that you and your family are safe and well. As a valued customer of Happy Little Soles, we wanted to keep you informed of how we are operating in these difficult times.

We are a small family business and the health and safety of our staff, and their families, is the most important thing to us. Our customer services offices are currently closed but we are making the necessary arrangements to ensure we can safely reopen again in mid-August. Until then our amazing team are all working from home so if you need to get in touch please email contact@happylittlesoles.co.uk and we will make sure we get back to you ASAP.

We have one member of staff dispatching orders from our warehouse so any orders placed will be dispatched on time. Royal Mail are experiencing an unprecedented volume of mail for this time of year and are operating with a reduced workforce. Although they will endeavour to deliver your parcel on time, please understand that there may be delays, which are outside of our control. Please visit the Royal Mail website for more information.

Extended Returns Policy

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation we are happy to accept returns back outside of the standard 28 day period. If you would like to return an item to us please notify us by email within the 28 day period and as long as they are returned to us in a resaleable condition, unworn, undamaged and with all the original tags and packaging, we are happy to provide a full refund once you have sent the goods back to us.
