The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic is currently dominating our lives now and we hope that you and your family are safe and well. As a valued customer of Happy Little Soles we wanted to update you on changes to our service during this very difficult time.
We are a small family business and the health and safety of our staff, and their families, is the most important thing to us. We have decided to close our customer services office for the foreseeable future until it is safe to return.

We have one member of staff dispatching orders from our warehouse so any orders placed will be dispatched on time. Royal Mail are experiencing an unprecedented volume of mail for this time of year and are operating with a reduced workforce. Extended Returns Policy
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation we are happy to accept returns back outside of the standard 28 day period. If you would like to return an item to us please notify us by email within the 28 day period and as long as they are returned to us in a resaleable condition, unworn, undamaged and with all the original tags and packaging, we are happy to provide a full refund once you have sent the goods back to us.
