Coronavirus Update - Updated January 2021

The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic continues to dominate our lives and we hope that you and your family are safe and well. As a valued customer of Happy Little Soles, we wanted to keep you informed of how we are operating in these difficult times.

We are a small family business and the health and safety of our staff, and their families, is the most important thing to us. Following the government's announcement on Monday 4th January 2021 our customer service office will be closed throughout the duration of lockdown. Don't worry we will still be on hand to help via email so if you need to contact us please email contact@happylittlesoles.co.uk and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

As we have done throughout the pandemic, we will continue to dispatch orders as normal but there may be delays to deliveries. Please visit the Royal Mail website to see the latest news on deliveries in your area.

Extended Returns Policy

Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation we are happy to accept returns back outside of the standard 28 day period. If you would like to return an item to us please notify us by email within the 28 day period and as long as they are returned to us in a resaleable condition, unworn, undamaged and with all the original tags and packaging, we are happy to provide a full refund once you have sent the goods back to us.
