Coronavirus Update - Updated September 2020
The Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has dominated our lives in 2020, and we hope that you and your family are safe and well. As a valued customer of Happy Little Soles, we wanted to keep you informed of how we are operating in these difficult times.
We are a small family business and the health and safety of our staff, and their families, is the most important thing to us. Over the past few weeks we have been making the necessary arrangements to ensure our small team can safely return to work. We are pleased to say that from Wednesday 2nd September our phone lines will be re-opening and our customer services staff will be available to answer your calls between 9am and 3pm. We will continue to dispatch orders as normal but please appreciate that there may be delays to deliveries.

Extended Returns Policy
Due to the ongoing Coronavirus situation we are happy to accept returns back outside of the standard 28 day period. If you would like to return an item to us please notify us by email within the 28 day period and as long as they are returned to us in a resaleable condition, unworn, undamaged and with all the original tags and packaging, we are happy to provide a full refund once you have sent the goods back to us.
