Shapen Playa Espadrilles Indigo – Barefoot Espadrille for Summer Comfort
The Shapen Playa Espadrilles in Indigo bring classic summer styling to the world of barefoot footwear. This is our first ever Espadrille style shoe and we are delighted to add it to our summer collection. An espadrille is a type of casual shoe characterised by a canvas upper and a flexible, rope-soled base made from jute or esparto grass. This unique barefoot version stays true to its roots, featuring an organic cotton upper that’s lightweight, breathable, and ideal for warm-weather adventures.
Sitting on a zero drop, ultra-flexible rubber sole just 3mm thick, these espadrilles promote natural foot movement and excellent ground feel. A rope-style jute trim around the base adds a timeless, laid-back aesthetic.
The Playa comes in two width options:

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Years Day when our warehouse is closed. All orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Just get in touch before our customer services close at 3pm if you would like to check whether a later dispatch is possible, we will always do our best!

A quicker delivery option which will be sent via Royal Mail using 1st Class post. Usually delivered in 1-2 working days.
Royal Mail Next Working Day Tracked Delivery (conditions apply) = £9.99
Via Royal Mail Special Delivery. Available for orders placed before 12 noon (Monday – Friday excluding bank holidays).
