Next Working Day Delivery
- Next Working Day is classed as Monday to Saturday.
- Order must be placed before 12noon for your order to be dispatched on the same day and delivered on the next working day.

- Next working day delivery is not available in Guernsey, Jersey and Isle of Man and will not be offered as a delivery service during the checkout.
- There are some areas in the Scottish Highlands where we may not be able to guarantee next working day delivery. We will contact you if a next working day delivery service is not available for your order.
- Please get in touch with our customer services team (before 2pm) if you would like to check whether a later dispatch is possible. We will always do our best!
- Our warehouse and offices are closed on bank holidays. Any orders placed on a bank holiday will be dispatched the next available working day.
Dispatch Times
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays when our warehouse is closed. Dispatch times may vary over Christmas and New Year. All orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Please get in touch with our customer services team (before 2pm) if you would like to check whether a later dispatch is possible. We will always do our best! We will notify you by email when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Courier
In the event that your order is too big to be sent via Royal Mail we will use a courier service (DPD) to send your order.
