Any order which just contains an e-Gift Voucher will not be charged delivery. To complete your order please just select any of the delivery methods available to you and we will email the voucher within 24 hours (office working hours)

Delivery Terms & Conditions
Next Working Day Delivery
- Order must be placed before 12noon for your order to be delivered on the next working day.
- Next Working Day is classed as Monday to Friday.
- Any orders placed on a Friday using the Next Working Day service will be delivered on a Monday. Saturday delivery is possible at a cost of £10.99. Please contact us to arrange this.
- Any orders placed over the weekend using the Next Working Day service will be delivered on a Tuesday.
- We may not be able to guarantee next working/business day delivery to non UK mainland addresses.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, Royal Mail will keep you informed on the progress of your delivery via email and also SMS if you have provided a mobile number on your order.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Years Day when our warehouse is closed. All orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day. Just get in touch before our customer services close at 3pm if you would like to check whether a later dispatch is possible, we will always do our best!
Products offered with 'Free Shipping' or free postage offers are only available for the standard service and to UK addresses only.
In the event that your order is too big to be sent via Royal Mail we will use a courier service (DPD) to send your order.
