We offer a number of delivery options for both UK and international orders. Each delivery option is a fixed price regardless of how many shoes in your order. Our standard delivery charge for UK orders is £3.99.
We despatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Years Day when our warehouse is closed. Orders will generally be dispatched the working day following your order unless the Next Day Delivery option has been selected. Next Day Delivery is only valid for orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday. Please see Next Day Delivery information for more details.
We always try to dispatch your shoes as soon as possible as we know how suddenly children grow and how desperately needed those new shoes can be! We often exceed our stated service commitment to despatch everything by the next working day, however during our sales and other busy periods there may be a slight delay for orders with Standard Delivery.
Standard Delivery (2nd Class) = £3.99
For UK orders selecting the Standard Delivery option your shoes will normally be sent the next working day via Royal Mail 2nd Class post. Expect 3-5 days for delivery.
Occasionally we may send larger orders or those containing Royal Mail forbidden items (eg aerosols) via a courier service. Deliveries to the Highlands and Islands, remote parts of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight will always be sent via Royal Mail.
Express Delivery (First Class) = £4.99
A quicker delivery option which will be sent via Royal Mail using 1st Class post. Your order will be processed at the first opportunity but this is still usually the next working day following receipt of your order. Allow 2- 3 working days for delivery.
Next Day Delivery = £7.99
Our quickest delivery option via Royal Mail Special Delivery for those urgent shoes! This is available for UK mainland addresses, we may not be able to guarantee next working/business day delivery to non UK mainland addresses.
Orders will be despatched Monday – Friday (excluding bank holidays and between Christmas and New Year when our warehouse is closed). Orders placed before 12 noon will be despatched the same day, orders placed after this time will be sent the following working day.
If it is possible we will try to dispatch orders for Special Delivery placed after 12 noon the same day but as a small business this is not always possible and in this case they will be sent the following day.
Just get in touch before our customer services close at 3pm if you would like to check whether a later dispatch is possible, we will always do our best!
Please note that this service is also only available for Monday to Friday deliveries, orders for Special Delivery placed before 12 noon on Friday will be received on Monday. If you would like to arrange a Saturday delivery this is possible at a cost of £10.99.
We are happy to send shoes internationally and post our shoes all over the world. International postage is available via Royal Mail International Airmail. This is charged at the following rates:
- Europe = £11.50
- Rest of World = £14.50
Please note that when ordering from outside of the UK or European Union local taxes and customs duties may be payable on receipt. You are responsible for these as we have no control over these nor can predict the amount.
Free Postage Offers
Products offered with 'Free Shipping' or free postage offers are only available for the standard service and to UK addresses only.
Royal Mail prohibited products
Please note that orders containing aerosol products, eg 3x3 Waterproofing spray and 3 in 1 polish cannot be sent via Royal Mail due to restrictions on posting aerosols. These can only therefore be shipped via courier service or Collect Plus to UK addresses. Any orders for these products that we are unable to send will be fully refunded.
If your order is damaged in transit, we will make enquiries with delivery service and do our best to resolve for you. Please report any damage within 3 days of receipt and allow up to 14 days for a resolution.
In the unlikely event that your order goes missing, we will again make enquiries with the delivery service on your behalf. Sometimes, orders can be slightly delayed, especially over busy periods, please let us know if there any problems with delivery and we will always do our best to resolve things as soon as possible.
We hope you’ll be thrilled with your purchase but if you’re not, for any reason, we will be happy to offer a ‘No Fuss’ refund or exchange. Please follow the guidelines below:
- Contact us to let us know you’ll be requiring a refund / exchange.
- Complete the returns slip enclosed with your original order.
- Return the item and slip to us, in its unworn condition using adequate protective packaging within 14 days of receiving the goods. We recommend using Royal Mail 2nd class post for smaller parcels (of 1- 2 pairs of shoes) and don't recommend using a 'Signed For' or Special Delivery option, just make sure you obtain a certificate of posting or posting receipt (proof of posting). For larger parcels we recommend using the Collect + service.
- For a refund we will reimburse you the cost of the item, minus postage costs, using the same method as you paid with (if you paid by cheque, we’ll refund by cheque).
- For an exchange, we will post out your new item the same day at no extra cost to you (subject to availability and for UK orders only) using the standard delivery service option.
