Our New International Service
We are delighted to announce that from Monday 1st February our international shipping service will resume and we are now able to ship worldwide to over 150 countries!
The last few weeks have been the most challenging we have faced since we started back in 2010. No sooner had we overcome the problems caused by Coronavirus transport restrictions in the UK, we were faced with far more complex issues as a result of Brexit.
To help overcome these issues, we are delighted to announce a new partnership with Global-e who will manage all our international shipments on our behalf. Through this partnership we are able to offer some significant improvements to our international service including;
- A cheaper and faster delivery service to most destinations across the world, with comprehensive tracking during transit.
- A wide range of payment options, so you can find a payment option that suits you.
- A localised shopping experience with the facility to place orders in your local currency.
We are delighted to be working alongside Global-e and with their help and expertise we are confident that we can continue to provide the high level of service we pride ourselves on, to customers all over the world.
How does the process work?
You can browse our website and add items to your basket in exactly the same way as you did before. When you have added all the items you need to your basket, you will proceed to the checkout to complete your purchase. Once you enter the checkout process you will be directed to our new secure checkout page which we have created in partnership with Global-e. At this point you will need to enter all your shipping and billing details and you will be provided with a couple of shipping options to choose from (see below).
After you have chosen your delivery service you will need to pay for your order. Thanks to our partnership with Global-e we are now in a position to offer a wider range of payment options that are available in your country. The transaction will be handled by Global-e on our behalf and will show up as Global-e on your account. The process will be seamless and you shouldn’t experience any interruption in the checkout flow.
Once you have placed your order we will get to work packing it in our UK warehouse before shipping it with Global-e. From this point on Global-e will keep you up to date with the progress of your delivery.
Your contract still remains with Happy Little Soles and we remain your point of contact for queries and customer service. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you experience any problems placing your order.
All our international orders will be shipped with Global-e. Through our partnership with Global-e we are able to ship our lovely range of shoes anywhere in the world!

Import VAT & Duty Charges
EU Orders - Following Brexit, import VAT (and customs duty, if applicable) is now applicable on all EU shipments. The good news is we have factored all the extra costs into our pricing structure, so the price you see on our website is the price you pay. There will be no hidden costs or delays with your delivery!
Non-EU Orders - Customers outside of the EU will also have the option to pay any extra import VAT and duty charges at the point of purchase if they are applicable to your order.
Through our partnership with Global-e we are now able to offer a localised shopping experience with the facility to place orders in your local currency. All prices have been converted into your local currency and include import VAT, duty and handling charges, which have come into effect following Brexit.

Unfortunately our reward scheme is no longer available to customers outside of the UK. We apologise for any disappointment caused by this but we were left with no other option if we wanted to continue offering an international service.
