Say Hello to Summer!
What a month May has been! The sunshine arrived with impeccable timing, giving us all an opportunity to really relax over the bank holiday weekend. The days are stretching, growing longer and lighter, and with half term in full swing, filled with unhurried mornings, time outdoors, and lighter layers.
We have seen a real shift in buying patterns over the month. Boots are giving way to lighter trainers and sandals, socks are slipping off, and customers are returning in search of footwear that is lighter, freer, and ready for the season ahead. It's always one of our favourite moments in the year, when everything starts to feel a bit more relaxed and a lot more outdoorsy.
New Brands
May has also been about newness. We have welcomed three brilliant new brands into the fold, each bringing something a little different.
El Naturalista has been a standout for those looking for something beautifully made and full of character. These are light, flexible sandals and zero-drop trainers for adults that have a real story - soft leathers, impeccable design, and that unmistakable Spanish handcrafted feel.
Primigi has brought Italian design elements, combined with easy, wearable comfort, to our collection of barefoot shoes for children. The range is full of lightweight, reliable, and colourful trainers, sandals, and waterproof footwear, for active kids who love to be outside, whatever the weather.
Boatilus is a brand we've been especially excited about. Bringing a fun and fresh, healthy update to a summer staple. Their Cloggy sandals and Bosty Veg slip-on clogs are designed with kids' foot health in mind, combining a more conscious, environmentally friendly construction with that familiar Croc's shape.
