Exploring the Garvalín Barefoot Sole Units

The key to a good fit is ensuring the shoe accommodates the foot's inner length and inner width, and these soles are designed with that in mind. At Happy Little Soles, we currently stock two Garvalín barefoot sole units:

Hop Hop Sole Unit: This unit features a zero-drop design with a 6mm sole and a 3mm removable insole, for a total stack height of 9mm. It is reasonably flexible and offers excellent durability.

Footprint Sole Unit: This option is even more flexible, with a 5mm sole and a 2mm removable insole for a total stack height of 7mm. Its anatomical shape features a narrower midfoot and a squarer toe box, mimicking the natural shape of the foot. The Footprint sole is softer and offers a more connected-to-the-ground experience.

Both sole units are designed with a medium width, making them a versatile fit for a wide range of foot shapes.
