Gaucho Ninja is a UK-based shoe company founded by artisan shoemaker Lisandro Serra Delmar. Based in Herefordshire, Lisandro works from a sustainable oak workshop in a community of artists at the foot of the Black Mountains. He initially gained recognition for creating custom, handcrafted shoes inspired by his martial arts background, using vegetable-tanned leathers that retain natural tones and durability.

To make barefoot shoes more accessible, Lisandro partnered with a Spanish factory to launch the Barefoot Pals range, now available in children’s sizes. These lightweight shoes feature a wide stitched-down construction, thin, flexible soles, and buttery-soft, vegetable-tanned leathers for a breathable, mouldable, and minimalist design.
