We've been keeping a close eye on Saguaro for some time and are delighted to finally welcome this brand to our collection. Offering great quality barefoot footwear at an accessible price point, Saguaro has earned its place at Happy Little Soles.
Who is Saguaro?
Saguaro celebrated its tenth birthday this year and has built an impressive following along the way. We are pleased to learn about the brand's ongoing support for UNICEF. In recent years, Saguaro has donated a portion of their sales from children's shoes to help fund UNICEF's vital work supporting children around the world.
From wellies to formal shoes to sneakers, sandals, and gym wear, Saguaro do the lot. For our first launch, we've chosen to stock a small selection of their adults' and children's active footwear. We are especially pleased to stock their Brisk wellingtons - and in adults sizes too - because there can never be too many good barefoot wellies.
Saguaro has also become a popular first step into barefoot footwear. The lower price point make trying barefoot shoes a little less daunting, especially when buying for children who somehow manage to outgrow their shoes every time you turn around.

The Saguaro Size and Fit
Saguaro is a great brand for people who like a roomy fit. They are generous in the toe box and forefoot which means they love wide and extra wide feet, and are comfy if you have high arches - something our customers are always on the lookout for.
In this collection our children's sizes run from EU 26 to 36 and our adults footwear starts at EU 37 and goes up to EU 46. As always, we recommend checking the size chart and your fit in cm before ordering.
Saguaro at HLS
We've launched with a carefully selected collection that showcases exactly what Saguaro does best. For children, there are fun sandals and quick drying knit trainers that give feet the space and flexibility they need to grow well and are built to stand up to active kids play this summer.
For adults, we've started off with the super lightweight Vitality III and Smart II trainers. These shoes are vegan friendly with a 100% rubber sole, and a mesh construction that is breathable and quick drying. This is a great shoe for sports or every day wear. We love that versatility.
Adults barefoot wellies are still surprisingly hard to come by so its always exciting to find another good option. These are vegan friendly and have a toggled collar to keep out splashes. They pack down easily making them great for camping trips, festivals, and holidays, plus all the other muddy bits of life, they are incredibly useful and great looking too.
Why we Love Saguaro
One of the things that struck us while getting to know Saguaro was how appealing the idea of getting back to basics is. While technical excellence is great for certain sports and functions, sometimes it just isn't necessary. Sometimes we just want a barefoot shoe we can chuck on that doesn't cost the earth, and feels nice to wear.
With a growing reputation in the barefoot community and a range that continues to evolve, we think Saguaro is a brand well worth watching, and we are delighted to have it as part of the Happy Little Soles family.
