Petasil, established in 1988 in St. João da Madeira, Portugal, is a vibrant kids' footwear brand rooted in the region's historic shoe-making heritage. Known for creating stylish and practical designs, Petasil has recently introduced a range of barefoot-friendly school shoes, now available at Happy Little Soles.

These shoes offer a mainstream look while retaining the benefits of barefoot footwear. With a medium width similar to older Bobux school shoes, they feature a thin sole (6mm at the ball, 8mm at the heel) with a minimal 2mm heel rise for natural movement. The flexible, durable sole includes a protective toe bumper, making these shoes an excellent blend of barefoot principles and durability.
