These shoes feature a zero-drop, super flexible sole unit with a shape best suited to narrower and medium-width feet. The sole is 5mm thick with a 3mm tread, plus a removable 2mm insole, giving an overall stack height of 10mm with the insole in. This makes them a great choice for anyone wanting a slightly cushioned barefoot shoe while still maintaining flexibility and ground feel.
