The Freet Rock Plate Insoles are 1.5mm PVC inserts designed to provide added protection on rocky or uneven terrain. Ideal for trail running or hiking, they shield your feet from sharp stones and rough surfaces while maintaining the flexibility of your barefoot footwear.
These insoles are made to be worn beneath your OrthoLite insole for optimal comfort and protection. Compatible with all Freet 5in1 shoes, they are sized to fit two sizes, so we recommend buying the larger size and trimming to fit.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Years Day when our warehouse is closed.
