Merrell Women's Trail Glove 8 Trainers - Casper

The new Merrell Trail Glove 8 is a new range of barefoot trainers on a new Vibram barefoot sole unit which was built specially for Merrell’s adult barefoot range.  It is built for off-road and trail use and designed for reliable traction on wet and dry terrain. 

The Trail Glove 8 sole unit features a layer of Merrell’s high-efficiency FloatPro™ foam for lasting comfort and FlexConnect™ technology for better ground connection.  It is however a little thicker than previous Trail Glove sole units and is 11mm thick with a 3mm lug giving a 14mm stack height.  This is due to the FloatPro™ foam midsole which offers exceptional energy return and enduring comfort for extreme trail use. 

The sole is made from 30% recycled rubber and gives excellent grip on wet and dry surfaces so is ideal for trail running, training and everyday use.  

It is a narrower fit than other options on our website but does have a nice foot shaped toe box, although more suited to sloping feet rather than wider and squarer shaped toes.
