The Freet Esk 2 Boot in Brown is a versatile leather barefoot boot designed for everyday wear, casual walks and adventures from town to trail. The fully flexible SoftFlex midsole, zero-drop construction and wide toe box allow the foot to move naturally while providing the grip and protection needed for everyday walking and light hiking. 

Crafted from premium full-grain leather, Gold certified by the Leather Working Group, the breathable leather upper provides durable all-day comfort with a water resistant finish. When regularly treated in accordance with Freet’s care instructions, the leather maintains its water resistance for everyday wet weather wear. A BottleYarn flyknit collar helps keep trail debris out, while the micro lining maintains the lightweight, breathable feel of the boot.

Inside, the removable 3mm Flexile insole provides light shock absorption while maintaining excellent ground connection and allowing natural foot movement. The Esk 2 has a stack height of 10.5mm with the insole and 7.5mm without, allowing the insole to be removed for an even more minimal barefoot feel.

Sustainability is considered throughout the construction, with a backer and micro lining made from 70% BottleYarn, a 60% BottleYarn insole and an outsole containing 60% natural rubber tapped from sustainable forestry. The packaging also uses recycled and recyclable materials.
