The PLAE Roan in White is a classic leather school shoe that combines smart styling, comfort and natural foot freedom for active children. With a double Velcro fastening, this versatile shoe provides a secure, adjustable fit, making it ideal for school days and weekend play alike.
Designed by PLAE, the Roan features a wide anatomical toe box and follows the natural contour of a child's foot, encouraging healthy foot development and natural movement. The flat, thin and flexible sole provides excellent ground feel, while dynamic traction treads deliver dependable grip and stability on both classroom floors and playgrounds.
Built to athletic standards, the Roan also features durable toe guards for extra protection and wicking, washable antimicrobial inserts to help keep feet fresh and comfortable throughout the day.
One of the standout features is the interchangeable Velcro tabs, allowing the fit to be adjusted for narrower or wider feet while giving children the opportunity to personalise their shoes with different tab designs, available separately.
Combining barefoot-friendly flexibility, school-smart styling and a customisable fit, the PLAE Roan is an ideal school shoe for active children who need comfort, durability and the freedom to move naturally.
We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Years Day when our warehouse is closed. All orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
