The Freet Mist Boot in Black is a lightweight waterproof, barefoot boot designed for hiking, everyday adventures and exploring in wet conditions. Freet’s lightest waterproof boot yet, the Mist combines dependable weather protection with an agile, flexible feel, making it a versatile choice for everything from muddy trails to city streets.

Built on Freet’s HillGrip outsole, the Mist features a 4mm tread that provides reliable traction across hard, muddy and varied trail surfaces. The fully flexible SoftFlex midsole allows maximum natural foot movement, while the wide toe box and zero-drop construction provide the space and freedom expected from barefoot footwear.

The breathable BottleYarn upper is made using recycled plastic bottles and is designed to be durable and moisture-moving while keeping the overall boot exceptionally lightweight. A full waterproof, breathable bootee lining provides a high level of waterproof protection, helping to keep feet dry and comfortable in wet conditions. The water resistant upper should be properly treated and maintained in accordance with the care instructions to maintain its performance.

Inside, the removable 3mm Flexile insole provides light shock absorption while maintaining excellent ground connection and allowing natural movement. The Mist has a stack height of 10mm with the insole and 7.5mm without, allowing you to remove the insole for a more minimal barefoot feel.

Sustainability is considered throughout the design, with an upper made from 60% recycled materials, a 60% natural rubber outsole, 65% recycled lining, 70% recycled laces and a 60% recycled insole. The packaging also uses recycled and recyclable materials.
