The PaperKrane Kids' Shoe in Checkered Joy is a playful barefoot trainer designed for adventurous little feet. Made from a cotton and vegan leather upper with an eye-catching design, this stylish everyday trainer features a soft terry cotton lining for all-day comfort. Whether it's school, the playground or weekend adventures, the classic trainer silhouette combines bold personality with barefoot freedom.
Built on PaperKrane's redesigned kids' outsole, the Checkered Joy Shoe offers a wider, more foot-shaped fit and a grippier tread for improved slip resistance across a variety of surfaces. The zero-drop, ultra-lightweight and flexible sole encourages natural foot movement while supporting healthy foot development. The outsole measures 4mm with a 4mm fixed insole, giving a total stack height of 8mm.
Supplied with both flat and elastic laces, the Checkered Joy Shoe offers the flexibility to choose between a traditional lace-up look or a more convenient slip-on fit, making it easy to put on and take off while providing a secure fit.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays and between Christmas Eve and New Years Day when our warehouse is closed. All orders placed before 12noon will be dispatched the same day and any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
